Southwold Street Festival 2025

Part of the Southwold Arts Festival, the street festival takes place on 21st June 2025. Blyth Valley Rotary will be co-ordinating the Stalls, Car Parking and Road Closures.

If you would like to have a stall at the festival, please read and agree to the terms and conditions and then click on the button below.

1. The pitch size is 3 metres by 3 metres and costs £10. You agree to not exceed this size.
2. You agree to provide a risk assessment covering all activities on your stall
3. You agree to provide a copy of your public liability insurance (min cover £5,000,000)
4. Your pitch will be available from 10am on the day and must be vacated by 5pm
5. All rubbish and waste material must be taken away and the site left clean.
6. No vehicles are allowed on the green. Please bring a trolley if required to move equipment.
7. We accept no liability for any loss or damage to your property.
8. You are reminded that this is an open air event. Please allow for the weather conditions.
